Camping pt.1

We finally made it out for our first camping trip of the year.
The forecast didn't look good and there was a downpour when we were packing up and leaving but it turned out to be a great time.
It continued to rain for most of Thursday evening but by 10 am the next morning we were seeing blue skies and sunshine.
We went to a small local campsite that's beside a lake. It would get pretty boring if you stayed a whole week but for a few days it's perfect. We went for lots of walks and Kellan was just in his glory wandering and exploring the outdoors.
Saturday morning we woke up to rain so after breakfast we unhitched the truck and went to a really small city/really big town (?) to do a bit of shopping and for lunch. We got back around 3 just in time for the weather to clear up.






We got home around noon yesterday and played/relaxed/worked in our backyard and cleaned out the camper. The weather was gorgeous so we took advantage of it since this week doesn't look too promising.

Anyways, I better get tidying up this mess of a house.
