My goodness! I went to Planet Organic yesterday to get a few things I couldn't find locally and could not believe my eyes when I saw $7.99/lb for peppers! And I thought $2.49/lb was killer!
Oh, how I long for the warm summer days of dirty feet and fresh goodness from the garden.

It's expensive isn't it? It's better here but only if you store things for the winter.
