It's cute when your child can sing the chorus from a 70's country song (thanks to Grandpa and youtube videos) but when you hear those familiar words from that particular children's song, not only is it adorable but it pulls at the heart strings.
"Thankyou all supper. Thankyou all cookies. Thankyou all Mommy & Daddy. Thankyou all Auntie Relle. Thankyou all puppy. AMEN!"
And listening to the first prayers from a child lips is beautiful to a momma's ears.
Oh Lord, please take this incapable mom & dad and give us the wisdom as we mold and shape these little ones to love and follow You.
