Dr.N- "Jen, you have no stretch marks!"
Me- "I do so!" (jokingly making my 1/4 inch speck of a stretch mark seem like a big deal)
Dr.N- "Oh, that doesn't count"
Nurse (muttering in the background)- "I'll show you stretch marks..."

I am also blessed with no stretch marks... yet.
(But I think this adds to my obsession with getting the baby out before they appear!)
